Columbia-certified coach (3CP); Organizational psychologist

Experience I’ve dedicated my career to developing talent at all levels of the organization, international and domestic. Whether you’re an individual contributor, managing for the first time, or experienced managing teams, business units, organizations, or starting your own, I’ve supported leaders’ professional growth and prepared them for the next step in their journey, across industries. For more than a decade, I have developed talented leaders to thrive in the workplace, lead their teams to achieve incredible results, coach and mentor others, and establish themselves as technical leaders, for non-management tracks. I’ve equiped leaders with the skills to lead through VUCA’s (such as growth & downsizes, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions), to drive transformational change.

What is coaching? Coaching is both a partnership and a process. The working definition of coaching is that it is a development process that builds a leader’s capabilities to achieve professional and organizational goals, driven by evidence and built on trust. We work together to identify your goals, expand your perspective, build your skills and move you forward.

Behavioral Interviewing Behavior-based interviews are the common element in all key interview processes, where the emphasis will be to gauge how well you demonstrate certain behaviors, values and traits. This is a critical technique used by hiring managers to determine if you are the best person for the job. Build your confidence in showcasing your talents with what you have done, and be able to clearly show how you will bring value to your next role.

I will work with you to identify your experience narrative, key strengths and weaknesses, using effective interview frameworks, such as STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). This process will help you target your message to the companies with whom you are interviewing.
