ThinkfulThis was the final project for my data analytics bootcamp. I analyzed a database of Airbnb Rentals available on Kaggle. I used some of Python’s modules and conducted statistical analysis to determine which factors drove rental prices. The factors studied were the apartment type, the borough in which it was located and the number of reviews it contained. I used these findings to recommend which strategies the company should use to increase profitability and presented to an audience of my peers and the instructors acting as the decision makers of the company.
