  • Created a cross reference document listing over 5 application features.
  • Conducted all day workshops with all Product Managers, Designers and Directors to determine feature common feature sets and gather analytics for applications
  • Worked with Head of Design to determine feature capability of a shell app that can replace similar applications
  • Worked with Head of Design to present findings and recommendation for shell app to execs
  • Completed competitive analysis for applications which were being replaced
  • Met biweekly with legal to determine process of end of life for application

Project Focus Completed Create an application for WD that held similar features and EOLing applications that were similar in order to build a one unified app experience for WD users for both mobile and desktop.
