Kaiser Permanente offers something rare on the web – health content that’s carefully vetted by doctors and clinicians. Our members could browse our sites for what they needed, or our clinicians could message pages to them to help them change their health for the better.

As a KP content strategist, I curated existing health content and created new content that met our medical staff’s analysis of our members’ needs and clinical goals for helping them feel their best. I researched, wrote, edited, reviewed content with our clinicians, then I produced the approved pages in our CMS.

The result? Articles that helped members take better care of themselves and their families.
