Click to Sign (Klik voor Teletolk)

Klik voor Teletolk (Click to Sign) is created to enable companies and organizations to be more accessible for Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers. This is made possible by a digital “Bel met Teletolk” (Call with Interpreter) button on the company website. When the customers click on this button, they will directly connect with customer service voice telephone number (call center). A certified Sign Interpreter translates your speech into Sign language and vice versa. For Hard of Hearing users, a speech to text operator translates the speech into text and vice versa.
