Course Coordinator, Leadership and New Initiatives • Coordinate career courses for 36 sections, which includes addressing student discipline concerns, connect faculty to IT support, train new staff on content and craft engaging curriculum for first and second year students resulting in improved quantitate and qualitative course feedback by 30%. • Launch Job Shadow Program through engaging alumni, employers and faculty to create opportunities for freshman and sophomores to explore various careers, industries and work environments. • Manage international student programming with external vendor Dreambridge for undergraduate and graduate students including program content, event logistics and marketing; additional events include international student job search panel, CPT/OPT workshop collaborations with the ISSO and virtual webinars engaging alumni on a global level to share job search strategies. • Build and maintain new relationships with external vendors (Vault, Vmock, HireOwl) and external offices like the Alumni Relations, ISSO, BUILD Lab and Center for Career Development to partner, strategize and create networking and career opportunities for Questrom students. • Lead a variety of Questrom and BU initiatives including Questrom Social Team coordination, TAMID Advisor, Delta Kappa Psi Advisor, ASB Chicago Trip Chaperone, and Advising Symposium planning which increased social engagement and professional development for students and staff on a university wide scale.
