This was my second Capstone Project. I used SQL to Extract Data. I then used formulas such as VLOOKUP and INDEX MATCH MATCH to organize the data properly. I conducted statistical analysis using difference in means t-tests at the 95% confidence interval over 20 different variables which affected house prices.

I presented these findings to the instructors and provided recommendations on which houses to purchase based on these factors.
