ggplot2 vs Tableau

For a course project in a Data Mining class, myself and a partner took a time series dataset of 7 major infectious diseases broken down by US state and week and visualized the data using both ggplot2 and Tableau to compare their strengths and weaknesses and ultimately portray the data in the most useful manner for an end user.
