Grupo Fleury is a group of laboratories with 90 years of tradition, 138 units over Brazil, 55 million clinical analysis exams, 4 million images, 8,200 employees and 1,8 thousand doctors.
THE BRIEFING
This was an exercise of applying the Design of Experience in a new headquarters of the Fleury laboratory in the interior of São Paulo, in an existing architectural project for an executive presentation at the client.
THE SOLUTION
We brought nature and natural light into the environments, through the creation of healing gardens, and the permeability of generous windows.The application of wood, soft colors blended with strong tones, characteristics of the new visual identity, were reinforced to maximize the feeling of comfort and warmth.
A suspended sculpture, referring to the new visual identity, permeated the various spaces like a large winding ribbon, creating a point of interest (biophilia) and indicating the flow. One of the gardens has been transformed into a place of rest for employees.
We did an analysis of the different factors and sensations involved in the experience of each room and exams of the laboratory, considering duration times, anxiety level, waiting, boredom, etc.
With this survey we were able to define the intensity of stimulus applied to each experience. For example, efficient stimulation in a blood collection room would be different from a stimulus to a room in a glycemic curve or waiting room.
