Hanqi Renovation Project

I oversaw Hanqi’s renovation over 8 months. I managed a team of 5 to interview, evaluate, and select a general contractor and architect to design and construct the space. I created a timeline and worked with them to renovate the 8000-square-feet space into an incubator with 10 offices, an open kitchen, a public event space, and a conference room. I conducted weekly meetings to ensure the project was on schedule and within budget. The renovation was completed with City’s approval and allowed tenants to move in on time.
