In-house app to create data-driven demos for sales prospects

While selling an enterprise platform for CRM and Customer Experience, we realized there was a need to customize prospect demos with relevant information for the industry.

Working with a Node/Heroku developer, I led an effort to build a data structure (in Google Sheets) and software (secured by Google Login) and application to deliver the ability to build custom demos.

Before the project it took 4 days, a team of 4 people, and a deployment effort to deliver a custom demo. After the project we are now able to create 5 industry specific demos in 20 seconds; and custom demos with prospect-specific data in 2-4 hours (1 person working)
