Infectious Disease Statistical Process Control

This is my grad school project. It is built to handle multiple medical facilities and groups within each facility. Users can be created with different levels of access to a group, entire facility, or all facilities.

Statistical process control is a way of monitoring the status of a hospital in terms of disease outbreaks. I used CakePHP, Bootstrap, and NVD3 for the implementation. The application has different types of users in terms of permissions.

I worked with an epidemiologist and a professor of mine to hash out the algorithm and it was up to me on how to implement it.
