Itinerary Form - Vacation Planning Tool

At a tourism company in Southern CA, one of the biggest challenges was establishing a connection with clients and converting conversations about their travel ideas into actual sales. I helped design and pilot the use of an intake “itinerary” form that aided communication between the customer and sales associate. We repeatedly tested and reformatted the tool to make it as simple and flexible as possible, while capturing key logistical information to ease final steps in closing the sale (e.g. booking transit or tours, purchasing desired tickets). This lead to increased sales across all products offered and improved customer relations.
