Over the course of the semester, we worked directly with Limelight Eventplex in Peoria, IL.
We established three main research objectives: (1) the demographic breakdown of Limelight’s customers (2) the customer’s perceptions of Limelight Eventplex (3) their loyalty and overall satisfaction of the business.
We then created and distributed a survey with a result of over 400 respondents. With the gathered information, we then provided our client with recommendations.
