Below are a few of the initiatives. • Consulted on a recruiting re-engineering focused on reducing the process steps for the hiring process both systematically and the person-to-person touch points. • Managed the RFP process to evaluate and select a best-in-class employee on-boarding vendor, changing the overall new hire experience for the new prospective employees and the hiring managers. • Managed the implementation of a new vendor that provided video interviewing capabilities allowing a more efficient candidate review and selection process. • Managed the Learning Management System conversion and upgrade between the US based bank and the foreign parent bank allowing for greater data transparency and regulatory compliance tracking. • Managed the vendor relationship for the HRIS external system partners ORACLE ATS and others. • Managed and reinvented the New Hire Orientation Program • Managed and partnered with an external vendor to create an educational video tool for career-pathing related to internal employee development
