Modular Onboarding for new Recruiting Coordinators

As our team grew rapidly in a short time, our former onboarding program required a major overhaul. I worked as training lead and redesigned the curriculum, creating a modular interactive flow and refreshed timeline for new-hires. This lead to a 50% decrease in time required to ramp up, and provided materials for future reference, helping them obtain greater independence and confidence in the workflow.
