- Led 3 different IT departments in the New Sales and CRM System program: Retail Sales and CRM systems, Catalog and Migration.
- Worked with the business to define the new Retail Sales and CRM System and Catalog requirements. Business Process Methodology + User Requirements and IT Requirements.
- Conducted the RFP to select the best vendor to supply the companies’ needs.
- Helped the business to design the business change management strategy to guarantee that we had the least possible impact to the business.
