Olympic Council of Asia Family Assistant program

I managed the recruitment of more than 500 volunteers from 20 universities to accommodate VIP participants at the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) program. I not only interviewed and screened all the candidates, but also designed curriculums to train the volunteers 10 months prior to opening of the event. I grouped volunteers by functions, assigned group leaders, and hosted daily meetings to ensure that milestones were achieved. The project fulfilled the needs of our VIPs and contributed to the successful of the event.
