Goals: Support a new business line and improve usability issues

Approach: Approach: I worked closely with the Product Manager to identify necessary workflow changes, redefine user flows, and restructure the app in a way that made sense to support the new and old business lines. I gave the app a moderate visual refresh, but mostly focused on usability. The feedback from Vendors was that the app was much easier to use and they found the new features essential to their workflows.
