Goals: Improve Usability

Approach: I redesigned the guest guide to be mobile first, in a way that presented all the essential information with minimal taps to retrieve it. I worked with Product and UX to integrate with our back-end and retrieve data from the host dashboard. Both hosts and users found this product extremely helpful and original usability issues went away.
