Pillow Website Redesign

Goals: Increase the conversion rate and improve the overall brand perception and user experience

Approach: I created a cleaner, more professional website to emphasis trust in our service and technology. We also productized the onboarding process, removing 3 hours of phone calls. Conversion rates increased slightly but the biggest wins were the hours of labor saved and the improvements to the user experience.
