Pricing Software

At Home Depot, I lead the research and design for internal pricing software for The Home Depot. For the research piece, I write and facilitate user and stakeholder interviews, usability tests, card sorting, and user journeys. For design, I create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to test with users. Throughout the research and design phases, I present key findings and outputs to stakeholders, product managers, and developers. I also facilitate sessions to ensure that we are aligned on goals, research findings, and design decisions as we move forward as a team.
