Produced a civic apps challenge for the 2nd National Day of Civic Hacking which was called out by President Obama as a flagship event. Following the event, we wrote an open source Apps Challenge Playbook for those who wish to produce their own apps challenge. The book has been used throughout the United States and Europe.
