Led product lifecycles from market analysis and usability testing to product delivery in the food industry.

Ensured compliance with all quality programs. Implemented all new regulations (i.e., FSSAI) at all assigned facilities and suppliers.

Lead the participation in implementation of documenting current food system conditions and identifying opportunities and barriers, cataloging available/recommended primary and secondary data sources and providing guidance on data driven decision-making.

Closely coordinated/ communicated production plans with demand planning, inventory management for optimal sourcing.
