I developed a minimally invasive surgical approach to record the cardiac calcium transient in vivo by using optogenetics.

Skill set: Primary cell isolation and plasmid transfection via electroporation, genotyping, surgical cardiac procedures in vivo, electrophysiology, analysis of ECG and recordings via MATLAB.
