She Is Free-Led the execution of an annual 3-day conference for 800+ attendees, as well as smaller quarterly events under the brand She Is Free. -Successfully steered cross-functional, collaborative teams to produce marketing, social media, and creative efforts which lead to 3 consecutive sell out years of the conference. -Responsible for allocation and execution of $150K annual budget; secured approximately $40K annually in external brand sponsorships and fundraising while successfully managing ongoing relationships with partners. -Oversaw the development of highly successful programs, including content and talent. -Identified and booked talent and managed more than 250 volunteers at each year’s event. -Managed Guest Experience process for 40-50 VIPS throughout all events
