Company
Survox

San Francisco-based CFMC was one of the original survey software platforms. By the time I joined them in 2004, the company was about to turn 40 and drop right into a mid-life crisis.

Over the course of the next ten years, I helped four CEOs rebuild and restore the company, eventually rebranding as “Survox” and selling to a public company, Enghouse.

As Chief Operating Officer of this mid-sized company, I worked across departments to modernize and grow the company.

I contributed to development of new products and services for survey resarchers. My IT team and I built a private-cloud infrastructure that hosted our company’s operations AND the web survey operations for fortune 100 companies.

My services team continually developed new services including one of the first call centers to be 100% in the cloud.

Most of importantly all, I led our mid-market, mid-sized, employee-owned company through an extended evolution as we together improved profitability, curiosity, and marketability. References are available.
