Sonnet Hill

To raise fund for a senior living project, I recruited 20 investors in one year. I created operating agreements, marketing materials (booklet, flyers, PPT, and proposal, etc.), and managed 4 employees. I designed a one-year schedule and worked with various departments to ensure that all the information was consistent. I assigned roles to team members and managed their hours to complete our goal onschedule and maintained positive relationship with investors. The fundraising goal was achieved and the project is currently under construction.
