Strengths Finder workshop

I conducted a “Strengths Finder” workshop for both the Sales Engineering team and later, the Customer Success team so that we could all learn our individual unique talents and strengths and perform work that best plays off said talents and strengths in order to individually and collectively outperform. The team loved the concept, and results.
