Tools on Hand to Reduce Errors

As a design team, we redesigned the presenter’s controls, bringing them to the forefront for quick and easy presentation preparation with fewer errors. My role focused on user research. I lead many of the interviews with customers and staff and conducted usability tests of both the original application and our paper prototype. I also created an evaluation report of the original application to the client. Throughout the process, I enjoyed to ask “why” to drill down to the rationale behind our designs.
