User Account Activity Email

A snapshot of an account summary email I helped strategize, copywrite, and develop, and launch. This message was highly personalized and dynamic, with the graphics and copy/calls to action varying based on the user’s data. It performed strongly, driving 1.66% reactivations in our test audience and supported a business case for automating such a program to support the key business metric of retention.
