UX Research Participant Recruiting Guide

I created a guide for recruiting niche populations in my specialized research area (YouTube). I created this documentation and maintained changes throughout my time as a UX Research Participant Coordinator, training new recruiters from it. Eventually this served as a template for other colleagues to create similar documentation.
