Are you:

  • Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out by your to-do list?
  • Great at your job but struggling with self-confidence?
  • Feeling stuck and unsure of what to do about it?

If so, we should talk.

Hi, I’m Diantha!

I’m a leadership and mindset coach with an MA in counseling psychology and over 4,000 hours of experience coaching individuals on a wide range of topics including imposter syndrome, burnout prevention, career planning, and executive presence. I also help my clients with developing effective job search strategies, preparing for and practicing interviewing, and creating their leadership personas.

I’ve worked with everyone from new grads in entry-level positions to CEOs of fortune 500 companies and I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, purpose-driven careers that they love.

After working with hundreds of clients, I’ve found that frequently, the biggest obstacle to success is how a person speaks to themselves. Our internal narrative and the stories we tell ourselves are powerful things that shape our beliefs about ourselves, the world around us, and what we think is possible. They drive the actions we take or don’t take and they can hold us back when they get hijacked by our inner critics.

You know that saying that you are your own worst enemy? That’s referring to your inner critic. It’s that voice in your head that tells you you’re not good enough, that you’ll fail if you try something new, and that everyone has it all figured out except for you. The good news is it’s still a part of you, so you can learn how to control it.

That’s where I come in.

I believe that coaching is a collaborative process that helps create the clarity and focus you need to take meaningful action towards your goals. I’ll help you identify the unhelpful thought patterns that are holding you back, teach you how to challenge them and change them, so you can take action towards what matters most.

You’ll go from being your own biggest critic to your biggest cheerleader, even when things get hard.

So, whether you’re just starting off on your career path or are a seasoned executive, if you’re looking to overcome your self-sabotaging tendencies and quiet your inner critic, I can help you develop the self-compassion necessary to kick-ass and reach your goals.

Diantha was patient and a great listener. She asked thoughtful follow-up questions that made me feel like she was truly listening. She suggested several ideas during our call, and she immediately followed up. Thank you, Diantha!

Very different than any of the eight other coaching interviews I have had in the past several months. Diantha was actually interested in supporting me and helping me determine if the company would be a good fit. This was co-coaching, not a one way interview. She certainly reflected the company values.

Diantha Boardman was very helpful and encouraging, even from the initial session, even though she had hardly any of my career information. The introductory session was a good starting point to Hireclub's services, processes and feel of their way of doing things.
