Business Operations Associate

Help our company grow! You’ll be wearing many hats—sales, account management, customer support, digital marketing, product testing and deployment. We’re looking for someone who would like to be a part of a startup’s journey as it grows. Healthcare background/experience is preferred, but not required.

Requirements:

• Math and science-oriented. You like numbers and working with data
• Extremely detail-oriented. You like to write everything down and double-check everything.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability. You’re proud of the work that you do.
• Good communicator. You make sure all stakeholders are on the same page.
• Extremely organized.
• Process-oriented. You’re always trying to iterate and improve
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Excited and willing to dive in and learn independently
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Previous experience with bringing a product to launch and growing it post-launch preferred, but not required
