SixgillWhen I joined Sixgill, my main role was to find product market fit as well as find the first few enterprise buyers for our horizontally focused SaaS platform. I accomplished this task by creating a technology driven framework where I could ping the market and test different marketing messages on our product at scale. The result was a formalized feedback channel for product and engineering to develop the right product based on market feedback, and importantly find our first progressive customers. The result of this project was a pipeline of $1 million in annual revenue in the first 3 months of my tenure at Sixgill.
