Program ManagementDuring my time at Dataphor, I created an optional attendance club to inspire personal development within my team. Meetings were held twice a month, on Saturdays in an open forum discussion style. Each meeting lasted between 1-2 hours. Although this was started with only members of my team, all employees within Ninestar was welcomed to join. Discussion topics would be based on what someone in attendance was interested in learning about. For example, we discussed difficulties that we had at work, but didn’t necessarily have time to reflect on them yet, personal finances, purchasing your first home, etc. Everyone in attendance was a student and a teacher. First few months of this club starting, we averaged 5 people per meeting, and by the time I left Dataphor, we were averaging 20 people in attendance.
